Friends Photos- Drew
This is Drew... We've been good friends since we met at Neyler in 1993 (a printing co. I worked for the Summer after my Junior year of college). We would stand at the end of a machine that folded those Camel Cash things, pick out the bad ones, then put them in a box. That's it... that was our job. It was SO boring that it sucked rocks! But Drew made it bearable, we would talk and laugh and flirt for 8-10 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. Needless to say, we became good friends. He has GOT to be one of the strangest, funniest people I know (and I know alot).
I took this shot and a few others for him just before he decided to shave off his beard. He wanted something to remember it by... men! Drew is an excellent writer, maybe someday I'll convince him to start up his own web site so he can informally publicize his work! Last time I talked with Drew was in 1998, and I heard he was planning to move to Japan to teach. I will have to try harder to track him down and see what else is going on with him.
