Friends Photos- The Yandry's
Here's a photo of my best friend from High School (Pam) along with her husband, Doug, and first baby, Joshua.
Pam was a very good friend. We were basically unseperable all through middle school and high school. I was going to marry Morten from a-ha and she was going to marry Sting. We had it all figured out... what's gone wrong?! :-o Unfortunately, as college rolled around Pam and I grew apart and sort of lost track of each other. It was very sad, but we both graduated college and moved ahead with our lives. Pam got married in Oct. of '95, and I was invited. The wedding was beautiful and I couldn't have been happier for her!!
Towards the end of '96, despite my move to Dallas (but thanks to email) I started to keep in touch with her again, and it's as if we never stopped. Her first son, Joshua Dean, was born on April 20, 1997 (see next photo)! I payed her a visit in May of '97 to see her and Josh, and of course, is one of the cutest babies I've ever seen! Her husband, Doug is a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor and I can see why she fell in love with him. He has a friendly personality, one that is easy to warm up to. Exactly two years later to the day, Pam gave birth to her second son, Jacob. I love him just as much as his older brother. And guess what?! She's she had her third (and yes, it was finally a girl- Natalie) in April of 2002. Let's just say Pam has her hands full! And can you believe on top of all that she works FULL TIME as a Social Worker?! Very amazing.
Pam and I are more than friends, we are sisters. We grew up together, started liking boys together, skinned our knees together and got into lots of trouble together. ;-) And to have her in my life STILL as a close friend makes me happier than you can know. Pam is an incredible woman and I love her dearly.
