With 20 years business experience as entrepreneur, consultant at EDS and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he spent the past decade specifically focused on e-Business. Mr. Guillemaud has developed and implemented e-Business strategies, process improvement and innovative technical solutions for Fortune 500 companies nationally and abroad while more recently specializing in Electronic Procurement. Initiatives include business-to-business and business-to-consumer solutions for several industries including; retail, manufacturing, high-technology, consumer products, transportation, food & beverage and energy. In addition to his practical experience, Wes has written, presented on numerous e-Business topics and is considered a visionary in the e-Business arena. Sorcity.com is the second company Mr Guillemaud founded which is designed to significantly improve the sourcing process and become a leading Internet success.
Jack H. Jennings, Chief Financial Officer
Jack@Sorcity.comJack Jennings has over 35 years experience working with small to medium sized rapidly growing and early stage businesses, as well as with larger more established firms. He is experienced in a wide variety of industries including high technology, manufacturing, service, distribution, engineering, software development, retail and international operations. He has extensive experience in early stage, developing firms requiring financing and capital formation. Earlier in his career he was a consultant with a National CPA firm that merged into a "Big 6" firm. He also gained corporate finance and accounting experience with Texas Instrument, Xerox and Zale Corporation. Mr. Jennings earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University. He holds the following professional certifications: Certified Financial Consultant; Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management.
Dan Hooper, Business Development VP

Dan grew the top sales and marketing division of ePartners in Dallas, ranked number 3 in the Inc 500 fastest growing companies in 2000. Prior to ePartners Dan built the sales and marketing arm for a startup professional services organization to become a regional leader in the Southwest. Dan has successfully delivered on numerous turn-on/turn-around assignments, both domestically as well as internationally.
Cheryl Duda-Harte, VP Marketing
Marketing@Sorcity.comOver 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including 7 years of executive positions in marketing. She gained a breadth of experience with a large multinational corporation and several startups, two through IPO. Cheryl has worked in a variety of companies from IT services to enterprise software to retail. She has consulted emerging companies in the identification, shaping and communication of their brand, marketing and product strategies in addition to helping shape their business models and navigate the fund-raising process. Cheryl received her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Eric Lenington, Chief Technology Officer
Eric@Sorcity.comEric Lenington is a visionary and entrepreneur with strong and diverse technical skills, as well as a broad range of experience in many facets of business. During his career, he has founded three successful companies, developed numerous strategic alliances, and managed diverse groups of up to sixty people. His technical experience includes working as developer, engineer, designer, and project manager on both software and hardware projects of all sizes, and having extensive experience in systems and architecture design. Projects include architecting and managing the development of the world's largest radio paging system in 1986 for Metromedia, developing surveillance equipment for the FBI and DEA, designing a line of award-winning mass storage controllers for PSI, leading the development of a massive financial management system for Perot Investments, designing a revolutionary interactive services platform and two world-class data centers for Intelemedia Communications, and numerous data and telecommunications consulting engagements for companies such as CLR/Fastax, Emulex, and Motorola. Mr. Lenington's business experience includes management, finance, human resources, advertising, marketing, public/press relations, sales, manufacturing, operations, vendor relations, customer service, field service, and technical support. Mr. Lenington leverages these skills to provide Sorcity.com with strong technical guidance with a keen business sense.
Matthew Frohman, Technology Director
Matthew@Sorcity.comMr. Frohman has 12 years experience in software development including 11 years at a leading telecommunications firm. He developed database applications for both land line and wire line telephone networks of many long distance carriers throughout the world. These systems were developed using C++ using relational and object oriented databases. In 1995, he began operating his own Web server. Mr. Frohman developed several database driven Web sites and led the development of others to meet specific client business applications. Web site development includes a bookstore shopping cart, online inventory system, a job search system for a high technology recruiting firm, an online newspaper, and a sales quote system for a major computer manufacturer. These business sites have provided these companies a competitive advantage.
Katie Aron, Webmaster
Katie@Sorcity.comIn addition to her other experience, Ms. Aron has spent the last seven years focused on Internet web design and development. Her experience includes the development of corporate Intranets, Internet web sites, customer demos and other unique solutions to the leverage power of the Internet. Ms. Aron has been featured in Internet World and other publications discussing her success in creating efficient and functional web solutions. Katie has applied new Internet technologies as they emerged to take early web sites from simply a "presence on the Internet" to create "true e-commerce solutions" for business, making them more interactive, dynamic and revenue generating. Ms. Aron has knowledge in marketing and advertising strategies for all types of web solutions. She has done work for several prominent companies. Ms. Aron also teaches web design and development courses.
